No! We are here to help anyone meet any of their fitness goals. If your goal is to lose weight, we are here to help. All of our workouts can be modified to meet anyone’s abilities.
Any of our classes are perfect for anyone. Whether you’re an experienced CrossFitter or a first time participant our coaches will ensure you get a workout that meets your needs.
That depends on you. Some people recover well and come daily. Others come 2-4 times per week. With our memberships you can come as often as you like!
If it is your first time, or if has been a while since you last attended a CrossFit class – then yes! We have 4 sessions to cover the most common movements we perform in any given week. On ramp classes are small classes with an emphasis on instruction. They do follow a “normal” class – we will warm up, spend time covering movements and how to perform them safely and correctly, then have a short workout.
Each class lasts one hour. We will warm up together, the coach will review the day’s workout and then we will all sweat together. Fitness is more fun with friends!
