Part 1 - alternate reps with the barbell. Break up wall ball and med ball cleans however you wish. Perform the med ball sit ups facing each other, passing the ball each sit ups

20 ground to overhead (RX: 135/95, RX2: 95/65)
40 wall ball (RX: 30/20, RX2: 20/14)
20 ground to overhead (RX: 155/105, RX2: 115/75)
40 med ball cleans (RX: 30/20, RX2: 20/14)
20 ground to overhead (RX: 185/125, RX2: 135/95)
40 med ball sit ups (RX: 30/20, RX2: 20/14)
20 ground to overhead (RX: 205/145, RX2: 155/105)

Rest 3:41 seconds (hi math!!)

RX: 250 double unders
when the rope stops for any reason, you each perform 5 burpees. Whether you trip after 3 reps on accident, stop because you are gassed after 45 reps or just to switch - when the rope stops you both do 5 burpees

RX2: 500 singles
Same rules as above, except no matter what you both perform 10 burpees every 100 reps.
