10 toes-to-bars
Rest 30 seconds
Men use 185 lb. *Women use 135 lb.

Beginner (RX3)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 clean and jerks
10 toes to kettlebell
Rest as needed
Men use 95 lb. *Women use 65 lb.

The barbell will begin on the floor for the clean. Jump through the heels, shrug the shoulders, then receive the bar on the front rack in a partial front squat. During the dip of the push jerk keep a vertical torso by pushing the knees forward as the hips flex. Fully extend the hips before pressing under the bar with locked out arms. Stand up all the way then lower the bar to the floor for the next rep. For additional coaching tips, see the video titled “CrossFit-Coaching the Clean and Jerk with Natalie Burgener”. Intermediate (RX2)
