400m buddy run - run 400m holding a green band
Then
Accumulate 300 back squats with an empty barbell
Switch every 25 reps
After your set of 25 reps perform 10 box step ups
Then
800m buddy run
Then
Accumulate 300 sit ups
switch every 25 reps
After your set of 25 sit ups perform 10 push ups
Then
400m buddy run
