200 double unders***
5 wall walks
10 burpee muscle ups

*** The double unders must be performed in unbroken sets of 25. If you do 24 reps, those reps do not count. When you get to 25 reps, stop and rest for however long you want, but only count reps towards your 200 when they are in sets of 25 and unbroken.
